
This is new. My poor, shriveled up right quad got angry this morning and cramped up.
Not sure what precipitated it (besides not having used it for 2 weeks), but I couldn’t stretch it out, so I relied on kneading it with my thumbs, rolling a tennis ball on it and giving it some heat.
I’m always well-hydrated (drinking 2-3 L of water a day), and my supplement regime is good for heading off cramps (I think):
250 mg Magnesium
2000 IU Vitamin D3
Multi w/ Iron
1000 mg Vitamin C
10 g Collagen Protein
5 g Creatine
Anyway, hey what do you know – I finished writing this and my muscle has calmed down.
