It’s time to change gears on this blog. For the past few years I’ve had trouble figuring out what to write, since social media now monopolizes most of my whimsical thoughts, and I haven’t had much time to think (let alone write) about anything else.

But I’ve absolutely fallen in love with road cycling in the last year, despite knowing little at all about the sport (or culture) when I started. So this is where I have decided I will now focus my blog: on my journey through ignorance and naivety as I learn the ins and outs, pros and cons, acceptance and shuns that accompany a newbie road cyclist.
