Chose a wonderfully sunny and pseudo-warm January day to take the bike off the trainer and hit the roads. In typical Murphy’s Law fashion, my freshly tuned and detailed bike was subject to appropriately wet and gritty roads thus after 50 kilometres resulted in a filthy bike and rider. Nice to stretch the legs though and take advantage of a sunny January day. Now to clean my bike (and myself!).

(Addendum: something’s not lined up right with the bike, even after the tune… Misalignment in the rear derailleur I think, as there’s chain noise in mid-cassette gears)
